Advertising Legal Notice

1. We will always try to meet reasonable requests of our advertisers but cannot guarantee availablility of advertising space.
2. Pacific Press® reserves the right to not place any advertisement online that Pacific Press® deems inappropriate or illegal. We will work with you to address any concerns as much as reasonably possible.
3. Pacific Press® works on the assumption that the advertising you provide does not infringe on anyone else's rights such as copyright or trademark and that you have all the rights to place advertising with Pacific Press®. While we will not place any advertising online that we recognize to infringe someone else's rights, we have no obligation to make such determination as that is your responsibility.
4. We will indemnify and hold your organization harmless for content on the site other than your advertisement, for which you will idemnify and hold Pacific Press® harmless including for any infringement or any other kind of legal action. The indemnifications for each other will apply to reasonable costs and attorney's fees as well.
5. If a dispute arises between us, we will endeavor to resolve it amicably. If that is not possible, we both agree to resolve this through dispute resolution procedures in place by the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventist. You will not be liable to Pacific Press® and Pacific Press® will not be liable to you for any consequential, punitive or special damages if a dispute arises.
6. The advertising space we provide you is for your use only and is not to be re-sold or assigned to anyone else.
